We are delighted to welcome Dr. Natalia Guminska to the lab. Natalia is a postdoc in the Andrzej Dziembowski’s lab in Warsaw and recently obtained an EMBO Exchange grant to join the DepledgeLab for three months. As the primary developer behind Ninetails, a powerful software for analysing poly(A) tails in nanopore datasets. During her visit to the lab, she will work closely with Erik to further develop the tool and to dive into many new datasets we have been generating.
